Membership to the Lewis Elementary PTA is $15 per adult per year, and includes membership in the Oregon PTA and national PTA. These dues assist the Oregon PTA to provide trainings, advocacy, and online and written materials (including publications). A portion of the dues goes directly to Lewis PTA activities.

 

To join, pick up a form at the school office, or print one from here, and turn it into the office or bring it to a meeting with your check or money order payable to Lewis Elementary PTA.
